Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Your name, email address, and (if you set one) an avatar image URL. If you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email, and profile picture from your Google account.
• Your password, stored as a salted hash — we never store or see the plain text.
• The workouts, exercises, schedules, and logged sets you create — this is the actual content of the app.
• Your preferences (weight unit, week start day, default rest time, theme).
• The IP address and browser user-agent associated with your sign-in sessions, used for basic security (like rate-limiting repeated failed sign-ins).

Guest accounts

You can use Razor Leaf without creating an account — we automatically set up a guest session so you can try it out. Guest accounts that are never converted to a real account are automatically deleted after 30 days of inactivity.

Who else sees your data

We don't sell your data, and we don't use it for advertising. A few third-party services help run the app, and each only sees what it needs to do its job:

• Resend — sends transactional emails (password resets, email verification). It sees your email address and the email content.
• Sentry — receives error reports if something breaks, to help us fix bugs. It's configured not to collect personally identifiable information.
• Google — if you choose to sign in with Google, they handle that authentication.
• Cloudflare — hosts the app and its database. Everything above ultimately runs on their infrastructure.

Your data, your account

You can update your profile information or delete your account entirely at any time from Settings. Deleting your account permanently removes your workouts, exercises, schedules, and history — this can't be undone.

Children

Razor Leaf isn't intended for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect information from them.
